[ Order Cancellation ]

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting our Support Team.

Please note: After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders enter production and can no longer be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days.

[ Damaged or Defective Products ]

Please note that Cove House products go through multiple quality control checkpoints and are inspected prior to delivery to help ensure their quality and condition.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Support Team immediately.
You will be asked to provide the following,

- Detailed description of the issue.
-  Clear photos.
-  Clear video.
showing the product and the reported defect.

Once the case has been reviewed and approved, a Cove House representative will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an urgent exchange order, free of delivery charges.

Cove House reserves the right to decline an exchange request if, upon review, the reported damage or manufacturing defect cannot be verified or is found to have been misrepresented.

[ Exchanges ]

Exchange requests may be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

To request an exchange, please contact our Support Team and complete the required Exchange Request Form.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, one of our representatives will contact you to proceed with the exchange.

All exchanged items are subject to an in-person inspection upon collection. 

Cove House reserves the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy, including signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling after delivery.

Cove House does not generally offer refunds after an order has entered production.
